Tailoring Workshop
where function dictates form.

Ethos

We specialize in heavy-duty denim, workwear, and utilitarian tailoring inspired by military archives.

Our design process always begins with the raw material; we actively source rare deadstock and partner with historic family-run mills to rescue textiles made the traditional way.

We prioritize functional structure over ornamentation, creating timeless garments that rely exclusively on natural fibers and traditional construction

Workshop

Since 2007, we have handcrafted small batches and bespoke pieces using restored vintage machinery from the 1960s-80s—

This workshop stands as a site of resistance against the relocation of Spain’s workwear and denim heritage.

Visits

The garments listed here represent our most recent output.

While the workshop is open to the public, visiting is strictly by appointment only

After four years of introspection, learning and research into patterns and the sewing process, in a renovated as a home/workshop warehouse in the Latina neighborhood - 28011 -, the first street-level store opens to the public displaying Japanese and American denim fabrics. Bespoke jeans are offered there.

The store, located in Madrid's historic center, unwittingly found itself in the midst of an exciting artisan movement sparked by the 2008 economic crisis.

Linen loomed in Spain.
Bespoke and Ready To Wear

We moved to Mallorca for a couple of years, from 2016 to 2018; while there, we were able to research and learn more about the linen tradition.

It is the heavy linen worn by Mallorcan hunters and farmers in any season—since linen, contrary to popular belief, also provides insulation against the cold. We find that it is still traditionally woven by a family business that opened its workshop in 1949 and has upheld the tradition ever since, enduring despite the challenges faced by artisans in Spain.

MTO

After the pandemic—which forced us to close our shop-and-workshop, as we could not cover the overhead and payroll costs after being closed to the public for so many months—we set up a workshop in a shipping container on a plot of land in the Sierra de Madrid, where we had moved into a small house with a yard. We continue to create custom pieces and small Made-to-Order (MTO) collections there, developing new patterns such as our now-classic straight-cut TC03.
